My client is an established mid-market womenswear brand looking for growth with UK independents. They are open to Part-Time Sales Managers, or Agents with capacity to grow a new brand. HO is Leicester so occasionally travel to the midlands will be required, but otherwise the role will be remote/field based.
Sales Agent or Sales Manager - Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and Prospecting Customers: seek out new clients and nurture relationships with existing ones.
- Presenting Product ranges / collections
- Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions
- Providing After-Sales Support, address customer inquiries, resolve issues.
- Maintaining Customer Relationships, building strong relationships with clients is crucial for repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Sales Agent or Sales Manager - Essential Skills:
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Understanding of the womenswear indie market
- Time Management and Organization
- Problem-Solving, Self-Motivation and Drive
