People Marketing offer out-placement services for employees facing redundancy.

Our programmes are flexible, cost effective and can be tailored to meet the requirements of individual clients.

Using a network of consultants, trainers & counsellors we empower employees to cope with the changes they face. We will also equip them with the tools to job-hunt more effectively.

The programme could include one-to-one job search counselling, suppport on writing effective cvs, completion of application forms, interview techniques, and providing ongoing support in the job search process.

The service allows employees to make a smoother transition to another role & allows the client organisation to retain it's reputation as a caring and responsible employer to both internal & external audiences.
