The Company

An established Recruitment Agency specialising in the Fashion Industry: we are a small friendly team with reputation for providing a high quality service, working with clients to find suitable candidates to fill their job vacancies.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled individual to provide a professional and effective administration support function to our busy recruitment team. You will also provide guidance and supervision to our Business Support Apprentice and manage the social media activity for the business.


To succeed in this role you must be organised, have an eye for detail, strong admin and computer skills, be experienced in social media, have a good telephone manner, and enjoy working as part of a team. An interest in Fashion is also a bonus.

Business Administrator – The role

  • Managing a busy email account and responding to queries quickly and professionally by email and telephone.
  • Cover colleagues’ desks and arrange appointments in their absence.
  • Processing and formatting CV’s (MS Word) and adding to our CRM system
  • Check external website for potential business leads and allocate to the consultants
  • Checking and posting job adverts on our company website and on job boards and ensuring deletion of expired and filled vacancies
  • Managing the social media activity (2-3 posts per day).
  • Manage the VoIP phone system (set up new users, set-up call forwarding, change answer machine messages etc.).
  • General office administration duties: website maintenance, managing the online calendars, ordering stationery, handling holiday requests, recording absences, fire alarm checks etc.
  • Assist consultants with the setting up of spreadsheets.
  • Providing guidance and daily supervision to our Business Support Apprentice

Business Administrator  – The Candidate

  • Proven administration experience is essential preferably within a busy office.
  • Confident communicator and professional telephone manner
  • Highly competent IT & Admin skills with an excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Highly attentive to detail/accuracy
  • Well organised and ability to multi-task.
  • Working knowledge of social media
  • “Can do “personable attitude to work, ideally with a good sense of humor to fit in with a lively team
