Business Support Administrator Apprentice - Fashion

Amazing opportunity to Support the Fashion Recruitment Team by carrying out administrative tasks such as loading candidate details onto our database, answering calls, updating our website, loading jobs onto job sites and expanding our social media (writing blogs, daily facebook posts, sharing news items etc). The role of the Business Support Administrator is to support the Fashion Recruitment team in their activities and is largely admin-based. The main aspects of the role are listed below.

  • Business Administration (Approximately 80% of job)
  • Reporting into the Business Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for 
  • Entering candidate details onto our database (Bullhorn) 
  • Re-formatting candidate in Microsoft Word 
  • Uploading jobs to jobsites 
  • Answering telephone calls 
  • Responding to candidate queries by email 
  • Researching companies and setting them up on our database 
  • Collating information for client meetings (power-point presentations) 
  • Monitoring consultant emails when they are out of the office
  • Maintaining the shared calendar Social Media (20% of job)
  • Researching ideas for social media articles 
  • Daily posts to Facebook/ LinkedIn Twitter etc 
  • Writing or assisting with writing blogs

Qualifications Required

English and Maths Grades A-C (A’Levels preferred) and previous work experience (this may be part time or a weekend role)

Future Prospects

A permanent position may be available at the end of the qualification

Additional Information

Training Provided

Full on-the-job training and support will be provided to enable the successful applicant to undertake the full range of duties required of the role. In addition, training will also be provided towards the Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 3 through in house delivery. The Business Administration Level 3 consists of the following: Level 3 in Business Administration Technical Certificate Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR) Functional Skills in Literacy and Numeracy and ICT

Mon – Thursday : 8.30 to 5.30 (1 hour lunch break), Friday 8.30 – 5pm
