Amazing opportunity to Support the Fashion Recruitment Team by carrying out administrative tasks such as loading candidate details onto our database, answering calls, updating our website, loading jobs onto job sites and expanding our social media (writing blogs, daily facebook posts, sharing news items etc). The role of the Business Support Administrator is to support the Fashion Recruitment team in their activities and is largely admin-based. The main aspects of the role are listed below.
English and Maths Grades A-C (A’Levels preferred) and previous work experience (this may be part time or a weekend role)
Full on-the-job training and support will be provided to enable the successful applicant to undertake the full range of duties required of the role. In addition, training will also be provided towards the Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 3 through in house delivery. The Business Administration Level 3 consists of the following: Level 3 in Business Administration Technical Certificate Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR) Functional Skills in Literacy and Numeracy and ICT
Mon – Thursday : 8.30 to 5.30 (1 hour lunch break), Friday 8.30 – 5pm
