Fantastic entry opportunity into a busy QA technical team, who are recruiting for a Copyright & Technical Administrator. You will be working with multiple licenses, product types, fabrics and surface decoration!. 

We are looking for someone who is well organised with a strong level of attention to detail ie. print, graphics and artwork. A team player, eager to learn and develop your skills, hold own accountability whilst supporting the activities of a busy department.

Copyright & Technical Administrator – The Job Outline

  • To handle and process copyright administration; prioritise and submit samples, initial strike off submissions for processing and approvals.
  • To maintain appropriate records accordingly. Build relationships with Licensors, offshore team and factories.
  • To keep QA Technical team fully informed of progress of copyright submissions.
  • To upload print artwork to various online platforms, and complete information on customer workbooks as required.
  • To understand procedures for Final copyright submissions and to cover during periods of absence.
  • Paying great attention to detail, to review samples, ensuring they are aligned with Licensor’s guidelines and check against approved concept, ie. colours, fabric applications and techniques and including packaging.
  • Check Production samples with QA Technologist against approved colour / print standards.
  • Day to day support to the QA Technical Team with sample management and admin as and when required.

Copyright & Technical Administrator – Skills & Experience

  • Ideal candidate will be degree educated in fashion or textiles .
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Highly attentive and accurate in managing detail, artwork and approvals.
  • Good understanding of garment construction.
  • Be a team player! Flexible approach to adjust to changing needs of the business.
  • Good understanding of MS Office and Adobe Creativesuite.
  • Applicants will need access to own transport as local options are not great.
