Annually, the team at People Marketing collate salary data and recruiting trends to produce our industry-specific Salary Survey.  We look at recruitment patterns, how we are finding, attracting and securing talent, as well as both expected and accepted salaries.

We are finding that applications are still at an all-time low; the strongest candidates are not actively looking for change. Therefore, the emphasis falls to the recruiting business to sell their opportunity and business to the potential employee. Being in a position to move quickly with attractive offers, packages and perks is essential.
