As Community Specialist, you’ll play a key role in bringing this well-known sports brand to life through real relationships and cultural connection.
From sport to style, you’ll help activate and grow the brands European community by building meaningful connections across sport, style, and culture.
This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about consumers, trends, and the energy that drives communities forward — both online and IRL.
Community Specialist- The Role:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with athletes, creators, partners, and emerging talent, building long-term brand love and advocacy.
- Work across all pillars of the brand — training, running, basketball, and lifestyle — to ensure community efforts reflect the full Reebok ecosystem.
- Coordinate with agencies to support product seeding and creator partnerships that feel timely and authentic.
- Assist in delivering grassroots brand moments, pop-ups, events, and account activations across key European markets.
- Spot fresh voices and cultural leaders, both digitally and in local scenes, who align with the brands spirit and values.
- Stay tapped into what’s new and next — from emerging communities to style movements — and feed insights back to the brand team.
- Partner with the social team to help elevate local community stories and authentic narratives.
- Support the development of creative briefs for agencies, partners, or internal teams with clear, community-driven input.
- Stay closely connected to local culture, scenes, and retail environments — ensuring Reebok shows up in the right places, with the right people.
Community Specialist- The Person:
- 2–4 years of experience in community, influencer, or grassroots marketing — ideally within sportswear, sport, fashion, music, or cultural spaces.
- Strong understanding of youth and street culture, especially in key European cities.
- Experience working with talent and agencies on events, campaigns, or seeding programs.
- Social media fluency and a good sense of what content works in community spaces.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, comms, social, and retail teams.
- Passionate about culture, sportswear and creativity — you’re the kind of person who knows what’s happening before it hits the feed.
- A natural connector with great instincts and strong communication skills.
- Curious, collaborative, and energized by new ideas and new communities.
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
- You bring a growth mind-set and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
