Job Description

This established fashion business, based in North London, is looking to recruit a talented and passionate buying admin assistant, to work within the established buying teams and with the business directors. You will be responsible liaising with buyers, design and factories on a daily basis, managing the critical path, sample status and approvals and general admin duties

Buying Administrator  - The Role:

  • Work closely with buying and design teams to build commercial ranges
  • Ensure samples are accurate and on time for presentations / sign offs
  • Liaise with suppliers on sample development and approvals
  • Manage the critical path and key trigger dates
  • Attend fit sessions and assist in decisions
  • General fashion Admin duties such as filing and photography

Buying Administrator  - The Person:

  • Proven interest and internship/experience in buying
  • Passion for Womens fashion
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced fashion environment
  • Understanding of Fabrics, garment construction and trim development is preferred.
  • High PC Literacy with knowledge of Excel, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
