Job Description

My client is a specialist in their field of outdoor clothing for women, this leading on-line fashion retailer offers a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment selling women’s apparel and accessories on-line to a loyal and very fast-growing customer base. As part of their exciting expansion into the European market they are now looking for an ambitious content and social media executive professional, to join their tight knit and very passionate team who are the driving force behind this inspirational brand. You will be experienced in working across a range of social platforms as well as events and real-life activations and committed to providing the highest standards of social media and nfluencer relationship management.

Content & Social Media Executive – The Role:

  • Working with the marketing team to define, manage and implement all social media campaign strategy.
  • Identifying new influencer partnership opportunities as well as nurturing existing relationships, negotiating fair rates for approved content, and ensuring practical, workable agreements are in place.
  • Daily blogger outreach, building influencer connections and sourcing new talent for brand collaborations.
  • Engage with customers and Influencers to build long lasting relationships through the various social platforms and direct events.
  • Assisting with the organisation of both external and internal events and utilising these experiences to nurture blogger relationships.
  • Analyse data to enable informed decisions on new campaigns.
  • Manage the budgets to realise the most effective ways to increase engagement and product sales.
  • Reporting on influencer activity for weekly team meetings.
  • Using google analytics to analyse the success of paid influencer collaborations via tracked links and assisted conversions.

Content & Social Media Executive – The Person:

  • A real passion for product and content creation/copywriting with a genuine interest in Influencer marketing is absolutley key for this role.
  • Proven experience in a similar social media/digital marketing role.
  • Confident use of web analytics tools, ideally Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Blogs, etc. is essential
  • Knowledge of working with e Commerce platforms (e.g. Magento, Shopify, etc) and associated technologies e.g. CMS, CRM
  • Proven experience of increasing brand awareness and audience engagement across a range of social platforms.
  • Creative in your thinking, brand understanding, and be comfortable presenting ideas and results to both clients and the team.
  • Able to work on own initiative and comfortable leading your own projects.
  • A real team player who can get stuck in, energetic and a passion for the outdoors.
