Job Description

We are recruiting for a talented marketer for creative content & writing, and who is looking to develop a career with two excitingly different, sustainable brands? 

You will create engaging content & campaigns that make people fall in love with these brands and the eco journey they are on, and ultimately to help make a difference to our planet’s future. To create brilliant content across all platforms (social, blog, website, campaigns etc.), conduct consumer/market research, and produce communication materials. The customer is always at the heart of everything you do.

Marketing Co-ordinator – The Job Outline

  • Help the marketing team create and implement amazing campaigns, focussing on social media;   support all marketing strategies, promotional campaigns and products in the marketing calendar.  Support with creating briefs to help the campaigns come alive through videography, graphics and photography.
  • Lead on copy writing for the website, blog, campaign content for social media, packaging, other brand collateral, trade resources and ad hoc projects.
  • Work closely with e-commerce assistant to ensure the brand message is consistent and compelling across the online customer journey.
  • Work with the sales team to create presentation materials.
  • Manage and nurture the online communities to created inspiring content to build follower numbers and stimulate engagement.
  • Be an active member of grassroots organisations that work to promote reusables in the wider world, ensuing our brands are represented and have a voice. Keep abreast of all the developments in the industry and provide an information source back to the Group business.
  • Support the PR team with sourcing influencers and gaining social media coverage.
  • Using every social media channel available to you as well as PR, blogs and influencers - make sure the whole world knows about these brands and falls in love with our products and ethics. 
  • Craft clear, engaging product & brand content, that is true to our tone of voice.
  • Help our new products/services to get the love they deserve, implement plans to launch these with a BANG!
  • Keep a close eye on key competitors, report back to the marketing team with a competitor analysis about noteworthy campaigns and events.  
  • Prepare activity reports and work to budget and record expenditure.
  • Manage Award entries and all administration relating to these – after all you’ll be our wonderful winning wordsmith!

Marketing Co-ordinator – The Person Specification

  • Higher Education/Degree educated in marketing related subject with to 2-3 years marketing experience within a similar role.
  • Proven experience creating brand engagement through PR, email, social media and other communication channels.
  • Creative and innovative thinker and ‘out of the box’ problem solver.
  • Excellent communicator in the spoken and written word, with accuracy and great attention to detail.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team and on solus projects.
  • Super organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Highly competent IT skills including MS Office programs
