Job Description

This well-established European Leisure and Intimates business has an exciting new role for a CRM Data Analyst, to develop a comprehensive plan to identify opportunities for segmentation, developing customer models and delivering analysis and insight of customer behaviours and digital commercial performance.

What’s the role?

  • Provide insight to help the business understand customer behaviour and provide actionable recommendations through the development of CRM reporting and analysis.
  • Manipulating customer data, segmentation to help shape marketing campaigns and communications
  • Support the evaluation of campaign performance and commercial impact
  • Development and implementation of Customer Lifetime value (CLV) models
  • Work closely with our IT department to manage and structure the data
  • Own web and ecommerce analytics – providing insightful analysis to drive performance, marketing effectiveness and improve ROI
  • Analysis of the customer journey, and multi-variant tests to support improved online user experience & CRO (conversion rate optimisation)

What we would like!

  • Proven experience within a Customer Data focused role is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM and eCommerce ideally working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Confident creating visualisations ideally using Power BI, DataStudio and building segmentation models – (CLV) Customer Lifetime Value and (RFM) Recency, Frequency, Monetary.
  • A love of marketing, data and keen to understand the customer journey.
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable playing a key role within a great team as well as working remotely.
  • An intermediate level of German would be amazing but not essential.
