Job Description

My client is a London based womenswear fashion brand, delivering fast fashion at high quality. Due to their extensive growth over the last 2 years and having just launched their new younger brand they are on the lookout for an ambitious and highly organized customer service coordinator to be Their eyes and ears. You’ll provide world class customer service, via email, social platforms or by telephone dealing with enquiries in a positive and efficient manner. 

You’ll be the voice of the company, so you’ll need to be energetic, professional, confident and great at building rapport with people at different levels with different demands. Implements corrective action as needed to ensure an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. You’ll also find yourself working very closely with our operations teams, gaining insight into how these departments work. You’ll have expert attention to detail and problem-solving ideally with entry level experience in a digital customer service role.  

Customer Service Coordinator – The Role:

  • Managing customer calls & e-mails and responding within a 12 hour window
  • Manage the daily logs of customer enquiries & messages
  • Manage social communication 
  • Mange review feedback & responses
  • Update customers on forthcoming deliveries where requested items are not currently available
  • Ensure all orders are being despatched in a timely manner
  • Liaise with carriers to ensure all orders are delivered as per customer expectation
  • Manage customer enquiries regarding returns
  • Ensure all procedures are maintained
  • Process refunds & payments as required

Customer Service Coordinator -The person:

  • Able to deliver best practice within customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to effectively build relationships
  • Have an interest in helping others
  • Well presented, polite and tactful
  • Good IT skills with experience of excel & e-commerce platforms
  • Good numeracy and vocabulary skills
  • Proven, relevant experience working in a high volume and fast-moving customer service office environment
