Are you ready to join a fast growing online fashion retailer that specialises in footwear?

They are looking for a committed Ecommerce Manager to come and join their head office in Essex. They already have a large online following and they are looking for someone to help take their online presence to the next level. This is a challenging role, but an exciting one and it's definitely a business where you can really make a difference!

Ecommerce Manager- The Role

  • Responsible for analysing web metrics and data, weekly & monthly and then presenting to Management
  • Encourage existing staff’s personal development and advise targets based on their abilities and business priorities
  • Strong working knowledge of the Magento platform.
  • Managing their developers to resolve website issues that may be impacting sales performance.
  • Project management and optimising the website to increase conversions.
  • Using Google Analytics optimisation tracking and constantly striving for improvement and understanding. 
  • To ensure tasks are completed on time, on budget and in line with business priorities.
  • Managing their 3rd party relationships and reviewing annual SLA.
  • Develop the email marketing strategy across weekly newsletters, automated programmes, targeted and personalised content and active A/B testing programme.
  • Working knowledge of Dot digital optimising their CRM strategy
  • Strong understanding of direct marketing channels (Facebook, google shopping, etc) and how they impact sales performance.
  • Lead strategic decisions regarding trading performance and allocate suitable spend budgets. 
  • Regular analysis of their audiences across marketing platforms to find new ways to target and increase brand awareness.
  • PPC campaign set-up, including keyword research, competitor research, past performance analysis, campaign development.
  • Delivery of weekly and monthly reports detailing work done, performance increases/decreases, and campaign performance statistics.
  • Editing and or optimization of text for various html tags, meta data, page titles, and page text as necessary.
  • Plan, develop and implement their SEO strategy and identify key SEO KPIs, monitoring redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
  • Collaborate with web developers and marketing team
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
  • Ensure affiliate campaigns are kept within budget and maximum ROI is achieved
  • Acquire new partners to grow the affiliate scheme and deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management
  • Analyse campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI

  • Knowledge of search engine optimisation tactics, data mining, and security issues.
