Job Description

Truly exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing to join a luxury womens lifestyle brand. You will be a creative marketer responsible for developing the brand's customer communications strategy and marketing plan for all routes to markets including Ecommerce/online, and flagship store. For growing revenue, and customer database through the management of all forms of engagement. approach across the whole of the digital marketing mix and presenting a market appropriate customer experience across all platforms.

This role will offer hybrid working, based from Berkshire Head Office or London flagship store.

Head of Marketing – The Job Outline

  • Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
  • Prepare and manage budgets for the Marketing department for sign off.
  • Drive the acquisition and retention program
  • Build relationships with global brands and key luxury department stores.
  • Overall responsibility for the creation and management of blog pages
  • Lead the design, production and distribution of seasonal brochures
  • Set, monitor and report on team goals
  • Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing activities ie. events, email campaigns, web pages, social media and promotional material
  • Identify, grow and manage social media and influencers
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
  • Work with Graphic Designer and consultants in formulating cohesive branding.
  • Ownership of the Brand Loyalty Scheme

Head of Marketing – The Person Specification

  • Degree educated. Experienced Senior Marketer, or similar position held as Marketing Manager. 
  • Proven experience within a womens fashion retailer or background in luxury brands.
  • Digital first with a broad knowledge of all aspects of marketing.
  • Creative, Strategic and Analytical
  • Proactive, “hands on” marketer, able to lead, develop and mentor a team.
  • Confident in building and actioning strategies for acquisition and retention.
  • Experience of working with luxury platforms ie.  Net A Porter, Matches, Farfetch and ideally print/digital magazines ie. SheerLuxe
  • Highly motivated, great interpersonal skills, sociable and dynamic!
