Job Description

A modern boutique, yet rich in British Heritage brand, is currently looking for a strategic and highly creative  Head of Marketing to join their senior management team.

The role

Reporting to the Managing Director, as Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the strategy and marketing planning across all channels both eCommerce and traditional!

Growing revenue streams, the customer database and to be the creative lead within the digital and marketing team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Determine core strategies for all aspects of marketing including Digital, Communications, Advertising and Creative.
  • Manage budgetary spend for the Marketing department.
  • Be the driving force behind the company’s acquisition and retention programme.
  • Manage and mentor a small but growing team of marketers providing support, training, and progression planning.
  • Take the lead in cultivating the TOV for the business across all channels including external events, social media, POS and Influencers.
  • Work with graphic designer and external agencies to ensure all areas of branding are cohesive.
  • Play an integral role in building and implementing brand loyalty/reward scheme.

About you:

  • Must have a Fashion Retail or Luxury Brand background preferably within womenswear.
  • Highly creative, yet analytical, marketing strategist able to demonstrate success in a Head of Marketing role previously.

Skills required:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ideally Klaviyo or other email marketing programmes.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Suite
  • Analytical with great attention to detail and the ability to manipulate data to produce actionable insights using Google Analytics and other insight tools.
  • Experience of working with Luxury platforms such as Net a Porter, Matches, Farfetch and ideally print/digital magazines for example SheerLuxe.
  • Strategic marketer and creative thinker
  • Experience in running Referral and Loyalty Programs preferred but not essential.
