A very exciting opportunity has arisen to come and join one of the UK’s fastest-growing womenswear brands in North London.

They are looking to recruit a creative and dynamic Junior Graphic Designer/Graphic Artworker to play an important role assisting the digital marketing team. 

Reporting in to the Digital Marketing Manager & Senior Graphic Designer, you will help create commercial, beautiful and pixel perfect designs to support trade, marketing and general business needs. Being able to take ownership and responsibility of new things every day is essential to success. 

Junior Graphic Designer- The Responsibilities

  • Designing for the website needs including emails, homepage, landing pages.
  • Designing for the marketing, retail and wider business needs including print, vinyl and other ad hoc pieces.
  • Working closely with the social media and content teams to come up with new concepts and artwork static and animated design for use across all channels.
  • Produce work that is cohesive and aligned with seasonal schemes.
  • Ability to think outside of the box to ensure the team is producing innovative and exciting work.
  • Maintaining brand consistency and adhering to best practice in design and brand guidelines
  • Photography retouching and image manipulation such as colour changes.
  • Assisting with creative challenges like studio shoots and campaigns on location

Junior Graphic Designer- The Person

  • Proficient in Adobe CC (particularly Photoshop and a video edit tool of choice).
  • Trend aware, highly creative and commercially minded individual with the ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to go over and above to ensure a high level of work is produced, on time, every time.
  • Strength in a fast paced fashion environment.
  • Excellent understanding of digital and print specs.
  • 1 years experience in a similar role, portfolio of proven experience is essential.
  • Understanding of UX, wireframing and storyboards is beneficial
  • A solid understanding of the brand, the market landscape and relevant competitors
