Job Description

We are recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Senior Merchandiser / Merch Manager with an aptitude for European languages. You will join an established international business who work across fashion and apparel. You will manage existing relationships, working with buying and design teams to develop customer ranges, as well as managing the Critical Path. You will have a proven background in fashion or accessories.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture exiting buyer/customer relationships
  • Liaise with Hong Kong manufacturers through development and production
  • Negotiate costs and selling prices
  • Manage product development, submission and approvals
  • Manage the full Critical Path
  • Organise and lead customer meetings / presentations
  • Identify market and industry trends, and competitor analysis 

Requirements:

  • You will have a proven background in a similar role with fashion or accessories
  • Proficient in all Microsoft programmes
  • Excellent product development skills
  • Experience working with overseas factories
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • At least one European language as well as English is required.
