Job Description

My client is an established and successful womenswear brand based in North London.

They are looking for a Sales Manager to join their friendly team. You will be passionate, hardworking, practical, and able to work well under pressure. A drive and enthusiasm for the product and fashion industry is a must, the ideal candidate will have experience working on Wholesale accounts and be proactive in looking for opportunities to grow the business.

Sales Manager – The Responsibilities

  • Work as part of an innovative team in a successful fashion business
  • Responsible for developing existing customer relationships, growing the business, and looking for new sales opportunities
  • Meeting customers, and selling the current seasons range
  • Prepare for customer meetings and follow up
  • Maintain awareness of trends and competitor collections
  • Presenting to customers

Sales Manager – The Person

  • Ideal candidate will have some experience in fashion/ textile sales and existing contacts within European Department Stores
  • 2-3 years minimum experience
  • You must have the hunger to scope out new business
  • You must be passionate about fashion and trend-aware
  • Dynamic and personable
  • Confidence and strong communication skills are essential
  • You must be highly organised
  • Excellent listening and communication and listening skills
