Job Description

This is a great opportunity to join a successful, well-established apparel and accessory business, based in the North West. The ideal candidate will be organised and efficient, taking responsibility for the key accounts and the order processing, you will be committed to providing an excellent service to customers. There will be training on systems provided.

Sales Order Processor / Account Manager – The Role

  • Responsible for handling the flow of goods and services, processing orders, and managing the process
  • Troubleshooting and handling customer service issues
  • Regularly updating records systems and records
  • Review sales data and analyse reports
  • Working closely with logistics to ensure the customer receives the correct items and being able to communicate to the highest level internally and with customers
  • Processing sales orders that have been received by phone call or email and entering order details onto a computerised system
  • Entering orders, allocating, picking, and dispatching stock

Sales Order Processor / Account Manager – The Candidate

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise tasks and organise workload
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a similar role

  • Open minded with a willingness to learn
