A modern boutique brand, yet rich in British Heritage with collections featuring beautifully tailored Scottish tweeds and silky Liberty prints. We are now looking for a motivated and analytical Senior CRM Executive to join and support the growth of our dynamic and growing marketing team.

The role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Senior CRM Executive will be a true champion in customer insights, playing an integral part in ensuring we build strong relationships with our customers through engaging and seamless communications. A true team player, they will be able to act upon insights, feed into strategies and execute campaigns that convert and develop true loyalty from our customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop a CRM and email marketing strategy that enhances the customer’s journey and helps drive loyalty and conversion
  • Design & Coordinate the email comms calendar in alignment with marketing and trade plans and in sync with other channels
  • Manage the building, scheduling, testing and optimisation of email campaigns
  • Establish email performance benchmarks, summarise key insights, and recommend actions to improve email performance
  • Identify and coordinate the introduction of new solutions to improve customer acquisition and conversion (ie. introduction of a loyalty program)

About you:

  • Proven knowledge within a similar role and an enthusiasm for fashion and luxury preferred.
  • Highly self-motivated individual, who can handle fast paced environment and passionate about how new technology can be integrated.

Skills required:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ideally Klaviyo or other email marketing programmes.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite and Sketch
  • Analytical with great attention to details and the ability to manipulate data to produce actionable insights.
  • Editorial Copywriting skills is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative thinker
  • Experience in running Referral and Loyalty Programs
  • Experience within the Fashion industry
