Senior Paid Media Executive – Hybrid Working / Home Based


I am recruiting for a motivated and analytical Senior Paid Media Executive to join and established, successful business, where you will be in charge of the management and implementation of Paid Media strategy across all channels. You will be able to act upon insights, feed into strategies and execute campaigns that convert and develop customer loyalty.

Senior Paid Media Executive – The Role

  • Work with the Head of Marketing and in partnership with the media agency to develop and deliver a complete paid media calendar in support of the overall marketing and trade strategy
  • Oversee marketing campaigns implementation across paid media channels with focus on paid social and paid search, but also including other medium such as print, outdoor as appropriate
  • In collaboration with our digital marketing agency, run daily management and monitoring of our paid social and search campaigns to ensure they are optimised all the times to support business strategies and KPIs
  • Keep on top of trends, liaising with internal teams to ensure coverage of key categories and products
  • Drive testing roadmap to ensure ad copy/creative/bid management is fully optimised
  • Coordinate creative briefs and media assets to support our advertising
  • Work and support the Creative team to promote best practices and design ads that are creative and engaging across each platform
  • Drive innovation and explore new paid media opportunities to ultimately drive customer acquisition and conversation and related metrics
  • Support the Head of Marketing on managing the paid media spent and help optimise investment through ongoing testing, tracking, learning and adjustments
  • Collaborate with other departments ensure our paid media investment works in alignment with every aspect of the business
  • Work with the internal team and supporting agencies to develop our technical digital capability and constantly improve our reach and engagement with new and existing consumers
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments within the industry including research, innovation and commercial opportunities from partners and social
  • Report, monitoring and ongoing optimization of our media spent performance

Senior Paid Media Executive – The Person

  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for fashion and luxury
  • Team player who takes initiative and can equally be self-disciplined in solo projects
  • Proactive, curious about new media and technologies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects
  • Highly self-motivated individual, who can handle fast paced environment
  • Understanding of budget management for media campaigns
  • Analytical with great attention to details and the ability to manipulate data to produce actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Copy Writing Skills desirable
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator desirable
  • Creative thinker
