This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and entrepreneurial Wholesale Agent to join an internationally known, luxury Bridal Brand. The company specialise in high end, creative, timeless, and unique gowns for an international market. The ideal candidate will come from a luxury background and have a clear understanding of the market and the product. This role is remote based concentrating on the UK and Ireland, so travel is essential, and you will be an integral part of their growing brands.

UK & Ireland Sales Manager - The Role

  • Find and onboard new retail partners across UK and Ireland focussing on the best retail fit for our brands
  • Develop and grow an already well established and lucrative area for the UK & Ireland with existing accounts, dealing with independent bridal retailers to maximise their potential but to also look for future potential expansion and new business
  • Managing your weekly schedule to encompass regular client visits across your designated area
  • Promote, attend and optimise sales opportunities at Trade Shows
  • Give excellent customer service, maintaining regular contact / visits
  • Effective use of top-quality marketing materials and samples
  • Work closely with marketing team, you will effectively execute brand strategies to assist in driving sell thru at retail partner level. Including delivering product information sessions, bridal shows etc
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets
  • As our UK & Ireland face of the brands you will be a positive, well respected and fashion forward brand advocate
  • Able to travel throughout the UK (and Ireland) to do site visits, attend trunk shows, provide product training, etc
  • Have the right experience and network into high-end bridal retailers to able to hit the ground running is absolutely essential
  • Complete the ‘sell in’ of future couture ranges
  • Stay up to date with the fashion and overall trends in bridal fashion and communicate this with the Hera team
  • Work closely with inventory management to sell available stock and replenish retailers

UK & Ireland Sales Manager - The Person

  • Experience of wholesale selling to the UK & Ireland Retail market – independent boutiques and key accounts
  • Understand the retail wholesale environment
  • Proven field sales experience is essential to your success, managing your time effectively to provide a superior service to our clients that is expected without question
  • Experience of occasion and or bridal wear would certainly be advantage but knowledge of High end womenswear across the sector would be considered particularly with sales to the independent sector
  • Essential to be a Self-Starter, driven and ambitious but most importantly organised able to manage your day
  • Good presentation skills, including personal presentation in line with the Brand
  • Empathy with the Independent Retailer, able to maximise mutual sales through assistance in developing their range of samples according to the market
  • Be a naturally motivated person, have strong organisational skills and a drive to succeed
  • Proven experience hitting wholesale targets in a similar industry
  • Self-employed, entrepreneurial and able to work independently
