Job Description

My client is a well-known streetwear brand, they’re currently experiencing a period of growth.

With the brand growing rapidly the team is expanding, they’re currently looking for a Wholesale Admin Assistant to join their Head Offices in Watford. You will be proactive and organised with great attention to detail, you will be confident working within a team but also independently.

Wholesale Admin Assistant – The Role

  • Preparing invoices for multiple independent retailers on our internal system
  • Liaising with the accounts team and warehouse so ensure timely payments and dispatch of goods
  • Managing SKU and EAN barcode creation and allocation for products
  • Regularly updating internal working documents, i.e. range plans, delivery schedules , POs
  • Monitoring deliveries and scanned good into the warehouse, ensuring stock arrives in time for booking out to wholesalers
  • Maintaining records of returns from wholesalers and E-comm
  • Communicate daily with Merchandising and Production Departments

Wholesale Admin Assistant – The Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Highly organised and proactive, able to handle large amounts of information at one time
  • Excellent communication
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of
  • Team player
  • Good numerical ability, Windows, and Excel knowledge with the ability to communicate this information effectively to the rest of the team when necessary.
