We are recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Business Development Manager, for an established, apparel, accessories and homeware business with  their own factories. Based from the UK Office in West London, you will have a proven background winning new business, and growing accounts.

Working with senior management as well as the internal design teams to develop commercial  customer ranges. You will be confident with Business Development, and able to open new accounts through your contacts, and your understanding of the market.

 

Men's or Womenswear Sales Manager / New Business Developer  - The Role :

  • Approach and open new accounts
  • Manage and grow customer relationships
  • Maximise opportunities for growth
  • Organise and lead customer meetings / presentations
  • Identify market and industry trends, and competitor analysis
  • Lead new business development and spot new markets/opportunities
  • Liaise with factories on development and production
  • Negotiate costs and selling prices
  • Manage sample development, submission and approvals
  • Manage the full Critical Path

 

Men's or Womenswear Sales Manager / New Business Developer  - The Person :

  • You will have a proven background in a similar role with volume high street accounts
  • You will be able to present trends, and new product ranges to high street buyers.
  • Knowledge of fashion apparel in womenswear, menswear, accessories or homewares is required.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft programmes
  • Excellent product development skills, working with overseas factories and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
