Description

This opportunity is recruiting for self motivated, enthusiastic Sales Representative, to sell, promote and go that little extra for this established Brand across all interests; stockists, online/mainline and independents.  You will be representing a Brand portfolio of high-quality bodywear, swim, athleisure and loungewear, where comfort, confidence and innovation is key.  A passion for product would be advantageous!

Sales Representative – The Role

Sell out the Brand in assigned stores/target new opportunities: presentation of collection - discuss profitability and deliver on brand strategy – propose promotional operations and present the highlights of the business :

  • Ensuring in-store presentation of the Brand meets standards (e.g. through visual merchandising and assortment)
  • Meet sales targets according to the budget.
  • Be a Commercial Ambassador for the Brand - give advice to clients and staff regarding products.
  • Be the voice of Brand to the client, and the voice of the client to Brand – building bridges.
  • Target and prospect new business within the geographical region
  • Reporting daily sales figures and weekly sales reports to review performance and update on customer specifics
  • Attend Monthly Sales Meetings
  • Represent Brand at national, regional Trade Show Events
  • Report on market intelligence and competitors

Sales Representative – Skills & Experience

  • The ideal candidate will have experience within Area Sales/Territory or Sales Representative. A good knowledge of the fashion wholesale market environment would be a plus.
  • Good working knowledge of mechanisms behind sales, rotation, profitability, sales margin, mark up and gross margin.
  • Motivated, ambitious with energy and enthusiasm to succeed!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Highly organised with good time management
  • The capacity to work under pressure and independently
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Numerate, and a confident proficiency in MS Office (Excel).
  • Driving license
