An amazing streetwear brand are looking for a Social Media Manager to join their outgoing team!
Based in their modern and vibrant offices in Central Birmingham, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brands social strategies, which will help grow their community, whilst driving brand awareness.
You will report into the Brand Director, and plan and execute content across all the brand’s touchpoints- Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
Social Media Manager: The Role
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging channels).
- Create and curate visually compelling and on-brand content (in collaboration with the creative and marketing teams).
- Plan and schedule content calendars to align with product launches, campaigns, and activations.
- Analyse performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Stay on top of social trends, platform updates, and fashion industry news to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with influencers, stylists, and creators to amplify our social presence.
- Engage with our audience through DMs, comments, and community.
- Support paid social campaigns with organic content strategy and coordination.
Social Media Manager: The Person
- Industry experience in Fashion / Apparel / Lifestyle / Streetwear.
- 3+ years’ experience in social media management.
- Deep understanding of content creation, social trends, and platform algorithms.
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of fashion culture.
- Skilled in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Later, Planoly, or similar.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Data-driven mind-set with experience using analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
