My client is a well-respected supplier of High Street fashion who are looking for a strong fashion forward Nightwear Designer to join their Womenswear team in Central London, you will have working knowledge of the UK high street retailers and a passion for Nightwear as well as strong print and graphics skills.
You will be responsible for design and development of commercial trend led ranges, including garment styling, placement and all over print, you will work closely with the customers to translate and understand their needs. You will be responsible for trend direction ,fabric innovation and product development.

Womens Nightwear Designer - Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop the most relevant fashion trends.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with High Street Buyers.
- Present ranges and take buyers' briefs for developments.
- Understand garment construction and production constraints.
- Produce detailed tech packs and confidently brief suppliers.
- Work on commercial prints and fabric innovation.
- Collaborate closely with the offshore team to ensure seamless production.
Womens Nightwear Designer - Profile:
- Possesses a commercial eye that complements trend awareness.
- Proven background in Womenswear Nightwear.
- Experienced in a customer-facing role, adept at presenting to buyers and building relationships.
- Proficient in CAD with excellent computer literacy.
- Confident in designing both shape and graphics.
- A team player with strong problem-solving skills.
