Digital Marketing Manager - Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant platforms through third-party advertisers.
  • Plan, execute, and analyse performance marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive conversions.
  • Develop and schedule email campaigns, newsletters, and automations using platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions.
  • Create and manage a promotional calendar aligned with product launches, sales events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with influencers, stylists, and celebrities to amplify brand reach.
  • Coordinate and develop marketing assets for various campaigns.
  • Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, fashion, to maximise brand outreach.
  • Utilise tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager to track KPIs and campaign ROI.

Digital Marketing Manager - Skills:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of influencer marketing and online community building.
  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to optimise performance.
  • Creative thinker with outstanding communication and project management skills.
  • Up-to-date with current digital marketing trends, tools, platforms, and best practices.
  • Ideally you will have experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, or Figma.
