My client are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to focus on Sales & New Business Development. With a long history supplying to the UK High Street, they are a very well know name in Nightwear, Underwear and Activewear. They do have in-house brands, and supply private label to some of the key players. They are looking for a driven and dynamic individual who can come on board to help them grow, opening new doors and developing existing accounts. You will work hand in hand with senior management to drive new business growth.

New Business Development / Sales Manager – The Role

  • Research and identify new business opportunities and new markets.
  • Utilise your connections and existing relationships to grow business.
  • Meet and present to new business prospects with the support of the product team.
  • Work with the management team to select target customers/markets.
  • Liaise with buyers, present trends, samples and take briefs.
  • Place orders & negotiate prices with buyers and suppliers.
  • Identify market and industry trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Achieve set seasonal budgets/targets.

 New Business Development / Sales Manager – The Person

  • You will have a proven sales background in a similar role.
  • You will be selling to the UK high street.
  • Backgrounds in underwear, nightwear and activewear can be considered.
  • Travel to London and to customer offices will be required.
