SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER - Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Identify business and product opportunities, develop strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key Customer accounts and Licensors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Use existing industry contacts and clients to find new business opportunities
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Design, Account Co-ordinator and licensing teams.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER - Skills & Qualifications
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales/account management, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. A background in fashion or textiles is preferred.
- Licensing: Experience and understanding of licensed product, trends and opportunities.
- Customer Service: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Product development & Commercial Awareness: The ability to work with existing / potential new factories, and to identify commercial opportunities to develop newness.
- Ability to travel within the UK & Internationally for client meetings, attend industry events, and for sourcing and development trips.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Energy and enthusiasm to succeed. Problem solver
- Proficiency in MS Office.
