Exciting role for a driven Commercial Manager to manage sales of one of the UK’s leading non-wired bra specialists.
An opportunity to grow UK sales and to lead a small team, working across multi-channel fashion retailers, independents, speciality stockists and direct to consumer.
This is a 12 month maternity contract and ideal for someone who has been in a similar role previously. The Ideal applicant will share our Client's passion for lingerie!
Commercial Manager – The Role:
- Manage and grow key accounts in the UK
- Work with Directors to set sales budget based on past performance and potential future business
- Lead sales, customer experience and marketing strategy to feed into the overall business plan
- Line manage customer service sales advisor & marketing executives
- Oversee UK sales agents
- Product range management, working closely with design team.
- Assist with stock management
- Report on monthly sales agent turnover figures against targets
- Weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reporting
- Monitor pricing strategy for all product, taking competitor activity into consideration
- Identify new business opportunities in the UK to increase market share
- Lead all UK trade shows
- Lead sales strategy meetings in collboration with Commercial Manager for Exports.
Commercial Manager – The Person:
Minimum 5 years experience working within fashion or lingerie industry Commercial and market knowledge and negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Hands-on, practical attitude to problem solving within projects and process improvements People management skills.
Commercial Manager – Additional Notes:
- 35 hours per week, based from Office (min. 3 days per week)
- 12month contract – option to start immediately or January 2026.
