We are recruiting for a Production Manager who can deliver productivity in cut & sew knit products whilst maintaining Uniqlo quality standards.
This lead opportunity will oversee the sewing operations within the Plant. To guide and motivate the production team to achieve the production targets effectively and efficiently.
Applicants must have a background in Uniqlo production.
Production Manager – The Role
- Drive achievement of production targets and ensure quality of product meets customer/buyer specifications.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sewing operations.
- Responsible for implementing process improvement initiatives.
- Supervise the team of group leaders and SMOs.
- Responsible for meeting targets for cost, quality, delivery and productivity.
Production Manager – Skills & Experience
- Masters / Bachelors’ Degree in Clothing Technology/Engineering
- Min 3 years experience in heading a sewing department within a production plant, essential that this includes a solid background in Uniqlo production ie. in India, Vietnam or China.
- Confident leadership and team management.
