Menswear Designer / Senior Designer – Brand & Sports

The Role
You’ll take ownership of a number of brand categories across menswear and sports, leading the design process from initial concept through to final production. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help shape the creative direction of multiple brands—bringing fresh ideas, strong product thinking, and a clear understanding of the market.
This is a hands-on, product-focused role where you’ll:
- Lead trend research and concept development
- Translate ideas into commercially successful collections
- Collaborate with buyers, retail partners, and suppliers
- Oversee the full design lifecycle from sketch to production
What We’re Looking For
- A strong commercial background in men's sportswear or casualwear
- Proven ability to lead and inspire, whether mentoring others or owning categories independently
- A sharp eye for trend, product, and detail
- Confidence working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for product and innovation

This is a full-time, office-based role (5 days a week) within a dynamic, open-plan workspace. A hands-on approach and enthusiasm for product are essential.
