  • Partner with the wider European Merchandising team and Sales to understand account and partner needs, pricing structures, and consumer demand.

Product Development & Execution

  • Lead the creation of SMU briefs, ensuring clarity on product intent, target consumer, pricing & margin, and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global design team to bring SMUs to market efficiently.
  • Manage timelines and critical paths to ensure on-time delivery.
  •

Commercial Ownership

  • Build commercially viable assortments tailored to specific retail partners.
  • Ensure margin targets, pricing architecture, and volume expectations are met.
  • Track and analyse SMU performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as the key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Product Creation teams.
  • Support go-to-market execution including sell-in tools, product storytelling, and account presentations.
  • Align SMUs with broader inline collections and seasonal narratives.

Market & Consumer Insights

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences.
  • Use insights to inform SMU product decisions and innovation opportunities.

Product Line Manager- The Person:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in product management, merchandising, or a related role within the sportswear or fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of the SMU process and wholesale business models.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercially savvy with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in both Apparel and Footwear product creation and development.
  • High attention to detail with a balance of creative and commercial thinking.
  • Proficiency in product lifecycle management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Passion for sportswear, trends, and consumer-driven product creation.
