Are you an experienced Senior Merchandiser, Account Manager, or Buyer looking for a role where you can make a difference and work with key fashion and sports brands in the UK?
You would be working closely with a diverse team of designers, garment technicians, and senior merchandisers, leading and mentoring, as well as building relationships with suppliers, buyers and brand owners.
Senior Merchandiser / Account Manager – The Role:
- Support mid-level and junior merchandisers
- Build relationships with Customers and Brand Partners to grow businesses and develop collections.
- Work closely with international factories to develop, commercial trend-led ranges and negotiate prices.
- Work with the design team on taking and translating the customer brief and market trends.
- Manage the sample development, critical path and oversee production
- Negotiate with suppliers on prices,
- Lead customer meetings, present developments, and negotiate prices.
- Understand and manage factory capacity planning, maximising efficiency.
- Work with Sales teams on targets and budget planning, Design on development and new innovation, Tech teams on quality and compliance and Logistics on shipping and packing.
Senior Merchandiser / Account Manager – The Person:
- You will have excellent time management skills, an eye for detail and a passion for product development.
- You will have a commercial background, ideally with experience in brand and private label development.
- Extensive experience of managing production and development with international factories is essential.
- Relationship building is key to the success of this position.
This is a Product First Business, and is based 5 days in the office – this is non-negotiable.
You must have a permanent right to work in the UK to be considered for this role.
