Are you passionate about fashion, sales, and building lasting customer relationships? We have an exciting opportunity to join the Bestseller UK team as a Sales Representative (Field Account Manager), managing a portfolio of over 60 independent wholesale customers across the South of the UK.

With a passion for denim, my client has been creating quality menswear for over 25 years and now today their collections span everything from casual essentials and tailoring to footwear and accessories, offering style for every occasion.

Based from their London office, this is a fantastic opportunity to represent two internationally recognised Nordic fashion brands, working across Men's, Boys', and Women's collections whilst working within a small supportive team and collaborating closely with the international teams in Denmark.

As the dedicated account manager for your territory, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering outstanding service. You'll work closely with independent retailers, presenting seasonal collections from their showroom, digitally, and on the road, while identifying new business opportunities and helping customers maximise their commercial success.

Please note: A full, clean UK driving licence is essential for this role. Candidates without a valid UK driving licence will not be considered.

Wholesale Sales Representative (Field Account Manager) – Key Responsibilities

With support and development, you will focus on being the best partner to your independent accounts based in the South, building close relationships with them.

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of independent wholesale customers across the South of the UK.
  • Conduct sales appointments in the showroom, virtually, and at customer locations.
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships through regular contact and exceptional service.
  • Process customer orders and monitor deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Set customer budgets and work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Analyse customer performance to identify replenishment and immediate sales opportunities.
  • Work with the finance team to support effective credit control.
  • Assist with showroom merchandising and seasonal collection set-up.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.

 

Wholesale Sales Representative (Field Account Manager) – About You

  • We're looking for someone with energy, ambition, and a passion for building successful customer relationships.
  • Proven sales experience with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial approach to work.
  • Experience within the fashion, retail, or wholesale industry (showroom sales experience is advantageous).
  • Good understanding of wholesale sales.
  • A full, clean UK driving licence.
