Role Summary

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive, and creatively driven Junior Creative Manager to support the planning, development, and execution of brand campaigns. Working closely with the Marketing Manager/Head of Brand, as well as the wider Marketing, E-commerce, Commercial, and Operations teams, you'll play a key role in bringing creative ideas to life across multiple touchpoints, including e-commerce, campaigns, content, retail, social media, and digital channels.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2–4 years of experience in a creative, fashion, or lifestyle environment who thrives in a fast-paced setting and has a passion for brand storytelling, visual culture, and delivering high-quality creative work. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to contribute to impactful campaigns that strengthen brand presence and engage customers across every channel.

Essential skills and experience:

  • 2–4 years' experience within a fashion, retail, lifestyle or creative agency environment.
  • Creative/production e-commerce experience is essential.
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling and campaign development.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience working with creative production, photography and digital content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva etc. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat) is advantageous.
  • Passion for fashion, outdoor culture, heritage brands and contemporary design.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the brand in the planning and delivery of seasonal brand campaigns and creative projects.
  • Manage e-com asset delivery for all Hunter collections/collaborations in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate budgets with internal stakeholders and external agencies, photographers, stylists, production partners and freelancers.
  • Develop creative briefs and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
  • Maintain consistency across all customer touchpoints, ensuring all work aligns with brand identity and creative guidelines.
  • Review creative and retouching notes on all assets before release, ensuring accuracy, quality and brand consistency. Assist in the planning and execution of campaign shoots, including pre-production, shoot logistics and post-production.
  • Support the rollout of campaign assets across e-commerce, CRM, social media, retail, wholesale and PR. Research trends, competitors and cultural moments to inspire creative development.
  • Help manage creative asset libraries and campaign documentation. Direct manage and development of the Marketing and Creative assistant
