Job Description

A unique and exciting role has today come to the market with a progressive online fashion brand and wholesaler in Manchester City Centre.

They are looking to recruit a strong and dynamic Digital Coordinator to play an important role in their online team. You will be a creative thinker, with a passion for fashion and technology.

The role of Digital Coordinator requires someone who is able to manage multiple projects at one time. You will be covering duties across Branding, Email and Social Marketing, PPC as well as working closely with 3rd Party Partners.

Digital is a key 2020 focus for this business so for the right person there will be plenty of growth opportunities.

Digital Coordinator- The Role

  • Oversee the tone of voice of the online brand from a marketing perspective
  • Maintain a comprehensive overview of all aspects of branding to ensure they are in-line with the brands tone of voice and handwriting
  • Push to ensure that all branding meets sustainability targets
  • Create and maintain a branding bible which clearly documents their branding requirements
  • Ensure that all brand communications maintain a relevant tone of voice.
  • Management of content creation produced by our social media and digital marketing agency partners
  • Analyse results from all paid campaigns and aid our digital marketing agency partners on direction of campaigns.
  • Suggest campaigns on various products for our digital marketing agency partners based on relevant factors, for example: depth of buy, new lines, a winning line of product etc…
  • Oversee influencer selection and posting, weekly, via our social media agency partners, ensuring we are meeting brand KPI’s.
  • Manage the brand competitions on a weekly basis.
  • Analyse reporting on various influencer campaigns to understand which influencers/campaigns have been most effective.
  • Oversee influencer edits and campaigns to make sure they are in-line with the brands tone of voice and are profitable.
  • Liaising with digital media partners to oversee the content creation, management, and distribution for weekly/monthly mailers.
  • Analyse the success of various campaigns twice monthly.
  • Creation and distribution of weekly mailers to our B2B audience via Klaviyo to keep them informed of new stock drops and events within our marketing calendar
  • WhatsApp broadcast line sheets/imagery to our B2B audience
  • Plan and execute influencer photoshoots before product reaches our warehouse
  • Plan and execute seasonal campaign shoots
  • Adding styles to the Shopify platform when orders are placed and removing/modifying relevant information per SKU
  • Uploading and management of imagery for Ecom
  • Liaising with Ecom management partners to facilitate updates and enhancements to the website, including: Manging Ecom development priorities to enhance the website performance and analysing CRO progress monthly
  • Action items into Sale in-line with the brands marketing calendar.
  • Send line sheets of all new orders to 3rd Party partners as soon as orders are placed.
  • Resend line sheets of all new orders to 3rd Party partners as orders are due to ship.
  • Raise the sales orders via the ECOM platform.
  • Facilitate the upload/integration of any products onto any 3rd party partner platforms such (e.g. Silk Fred, Zalando or BYL)
  • Assist with any showroom duties
  • Respond to customer service queries (Ecom, phone, email)
  • Aiding with processing returns and refunds

Digital Coordinator- The Person

  • You must hold at least 3yrs experience in Digital Fashion
  • Experience of how to use the Shopify platform and Klaviyo is essential
  • Possess a good understanding of SEO best practices and how content can support
  • Previous experience of working with influencers
  • Have a genuine passion for the brand and technology
  • Excellent communicator- able to communicate at all levels
  • Creative thinker
  • Must possess excellent numerical and analytical skills, with strong commercial awareness
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and juggle a number of projects.
  • Have an excellent understanding of Apps, Paid Marketing and Paid Social.
