Job Description

The Role:

  • Processing sales orders and inputting data accurately.
  • Using CRM system to manage orders, give updates and answer queries by phone and email.
  • Chasing purchase orders to speed up the sales process.
  • Generating invoices and sending these to clients.
  • Answering the phone for any sales queries.
  • General support administration when required.
  • Creating new and maintaining existing contracts with our customers.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar position is essential i.e. Sales Administrator or Sales / Purchase Order Processing.
  • Confident user of MS Office Suite including Office 365 and Excel.
  • Excellent communications skills  
  • A keen eye for detail, taking pride in everything you do.
  • Loves a challenge and eager to learn new systems and processes.
  • Experience working within an Educational or IT environment is advantageous.
