We’re looking for a proactive Ecommerce Coordinator to ensure the brand website is accurate, optimised, and commercially effective. In this hands‑on role, you’ll support the day‑to‑day trading and content management of the ecommerce platform—ensuring products are presented beautifully, content is always up to date, and customers enjoy a smooth journey from first click to checkout.

This is a full time, onsite role working closely with a Brand & Ecommerce Marketing Team.
Ecommerce Coordinator - Key Responsibilities
- Manage product uploads, categorisation, and onsite merchandising to ensure clear, commercial product presentation.
- Write and maintain product descriptions, SEO metadata, and category copy to improve discoverability and conversion.
- Update homepage, landing pages, and supporting content in line with the marketing and trading calendar.
- Support campaign launches and promotional activity with timely and accurate content updates.
- Conduct regular site QA checks to identify errors, broken links, inconsistencies, or content issues.
- Monitor stock availability and product status, collaborating closely with Operations and Supply Chain.
- Maintain accuracy and brand consistency across all onsite content.
- Support the Customer Service team with day‑to‑day queries related to website issues, orders, deliveries, returns, and product information.
- Share common customer insights with the Ecommerce Manager and Marketing teams to improve experience and content.
- Analyse onsite behaviour and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support CRO testing and UX enhancement initiatives.
- Partner with Digital Marketing to ensure cross‑channel alignment of messaging and content.
Ecommerce Coordinator – The Person Specification
- Ideal candidate will have previous experience in an ecommerce role, preferably with a keen interest in fashion or premium retail.
- Experience managing site content, product uploads, and online merchandising.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of conversion drivers and online performance.
- Clear communicator with a collaborative approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficient in MSOffice and quick to learn and apply new skills.
