My Client, a well-established fashion business in the heart of Manchester, are looking for an established product developer to work across a mix of customer developments and own brand projects. You will champion new innovations and build strong relationships with customers, brand owners, buyers and manufacturers internationally.
This is an in-house role, requiring 5 days on-site in Manchester.
- You will work with Buyers and Brand Owners to take and develop briefs.
- You will have excellent technical knowledge and be confident building detailed tech packs
- You will have excellent CAD and IT skills
- Understanding of garment manufacturer/construction, and ability to advise best commercial manufacturing processes.
- Work with Design and tech teams to achieve the most commercial, on-trend ranges.
- Attend fits and give supplier feedback
- Experience in a similar role is required, preferably within men's sport or streetwear.
- You will have a good understanding of various product types and fabric bases, from denim to sportswear.
Menswear Product Developer - The Person:
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is required.
- Strong critical path management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- A keen eye for detail,
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Permanent right to work in the UK is essential for this role.
