CRM Specialist - Reebok | London | Ecommerce
We’re looking for a commercially minded CRM Specialist to join our Ecommerce Marketing team in London and play a key role in shaping our CRM strategy across Europe.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where you’ll own campaigns from brief to deployment, build and optimise lifecycle journeys, and use data, segmentation and testing to turn customer insight into engagement, retention and revenue.
You’ll be working across Ecommerce, Merchandising and Brand, with the opportunity to help build a best-in-class CRM function at an exciting stage of growth.
You’ll be great for this role if you have:
✨ Solid Experience in CRM, email or lifecycle marketing
📩 Hands-on Klaviyo experience
🌍 Experience with multi-market or multi-language campaigns
📊 A data-driven approach to segmentation, testing and optimisation
🛍️ Ecommerce, retail or fashion experience
💡 A commercial mindset and genuine curiosity about customer behaviour
🔍 A sharp eye for detail and a rigorous approach to QA
🤝 The confidence to collaborate across teams and turn insights into action
What you’ll own:
- End-to-end email campaign delivery across European markets
- CRM planning aligned to trading and marketing priorities
- Lifecycle automation and customer journeys
- Segmentation and personalisation
- A/B testing and continuous optimisation
- CRM reporting, insights and revenue performance
- Cross-functional collaboration across Ecommerce, Merchandising and Brand
