We’re looking for a Senior Garment Tech / Product Developer to lead the technical garment development process behind our trend-led collections, ensuring our product is as beautifully constructed and fits as it is designed. You will lead the technical garment process, from sample through to bulk production, with a strong focus on fit, construction, and finishing.
Lingerie, boning and/or Cup fitting experience is desirable.
Five days in the office.
Full & Permanent right to work in the UK is required.
Senior Garment Tech / Product Developer - The Role:
- Manage sample development, from concept to sign off.
- Develop Blocks with the wider team, design and management.
- Manage fit and structure innovation, and quality.
- Work to bring newness and elevate the brand through quality and fit
- Manage finishings and ensure brand identity is maintained.
- Lead communication with international suppliers, streamlining fit comments/processes.
Senior Garment Tech / Product Developer - The Role:
- Experience in a similar role with womenswear is essential.
- Solid experience with fit quality and finish.
- Problem solver, with knowledge of blocks, pattern cutting and manufacturing processes.
- Lingerie, boning and/or Cup fitting experience is desirable.
