We’re looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Wholesale Sales Coordinator. You’ll be part of a small, friendly UK team and have a key role supporting the Sales & Merchandising team, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and customers receive outstanding service!.
Our client is a well-established supplier of hosiery, legwear & intimates who design, manufacture and supply both private label and branded products to many of the largest UK high street retailers, e-tailers and to the independents. The ideal applicant will share a passion , knowledge and genuine interest in women’s fashion.
Wholesale Sales Coordinator – Key Responsibilities include:
- Processing customer orders and EDI transactions daily
- Managing customer queries and providing regular updates
- Liaising with 3PL warehouse to track and progress orders Coordinating delivery bookings for major retail accounts.
- Supporting stock purchasing and merchandising administration
- Managing Amazon sales orders and product portal administration
- Maintaining customer pricing within Sage SOP
- Handling general office administration and incoming calls
Wholesale Sales Coordinator - Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced within similar sales order processing, administration and customer service
- Confident supporting key retail accounts and managing multiple priorities
- Professional, personable and an excellent communicator Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables advantageous)
- SAGE SOP system and EDI order process knowledge would be advantageous
- A passion, knowledge and genuine interest in women’s fashion!.
