Description

As a Customer Transactional Dispute & Reconciliation Executive, you will support the accurate processing and management of customer invoices, while helping to investigate and resolve customer deductions, chargebacks, and invoice disputes.

You will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure invoices are submitted correctly, queries are resolved efficiently, and outstanding disputes are followed through to completion.

This is a hands-on role that would suit someone who is highly organised, comfortable working with data, confident using Excel, and has excellent attention to detail.

Customer Transactional Dispute & Reconciliation Executive: The Role

  • Upload customer invoices to customer portals and EDI systems.
  • Check invoices for accuracy before submission.
  • Monitor invoice acceptance, rejections, and processing status.
  • Investigate and resolve basic invoice upload or formatting issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of submitted invoices.
  • Respond to customer queries relating to invoices and missing information.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve invoice-related issues.
  • Review customer deductions, chargebacks, and disputed invoices.
  • Investigate the reasons behind deductions and identify potential issues.
  • Gather supporting documentation, such as Proof of Delivery (PODs), signed delivery notes, customer approvals, and pricing agreements.
  • Submit disputes through customer portals and relevant systems.
  • Monitor disputes and follow up until they are resolved.
  • Keep accurate records of outstanding disputes and their progress.

Customer Transactional Dispute & Reconciliation Executive: About You

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Good Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets and data.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to investigate problems and identify solutions.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
  • A willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
  • A positive, proactive approach and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
